Introduction
Taking into account the need for upgrading the managerial skills of
the managers of companies and organizations, Aryana has been active
in providing training courses as one of its foremost objectives.
Since its establishment, Arian has been active in providing short-term
training courses and holding conferences and specialized seminars,
but since 2001, with the establishment of Aryana’s Training &
Empowerment Center, Aryana has specialized its educational services,
amongst which the following are noteworthy.

Planning and Holding Specialized Conferences:
It goes without saying that expanding the managerial knowledge and
experience of organizations is a huge & vital step in empowering
them to enter and act efficiently in competitive markets.
Specialized conferences provide the right opportunity for managers
of different industrial fields to exchange views and experiences
and make an extensive and effective network of experts and specialists
to reach this goal.
Planning & Holding Seminars Training Work-shops:
Taking into consideration the rapid change in the trends in businesses
and organizational management, managerial skills and methods need
to follow suit and undergo changes in the same tempo, making it
a necessity to upgrade and train the human resources.
In this line, Arian’s Training & Empowerment Center has rendered

Domestic Specialized General Training Courses:
During the recent years, Aryana’s Training Center with the aid of
its 15-person team of instructors has held over 50 training work-shops.
These courses are held seasonally in the premises of the companies
needing the service.
It has always been our major policy to provide training upon the
specific needs of the organization seeking the service and carry
out the training by highly knowledgeable instructors with academic
backgrounds who are well-qualified and have practical experience
in the field.

Comprehensive Training Courses:

one hand, and developing training syllabi for the trainees on the
